     It is situated in part 260, Pangan village group, in the east of Ywa Tan Shay village, Loikaw Township, Kayah state, Myanmar.  Its width is (87.46) acres.

1. Technological High School        - 30.7.1982
2. Government Technological Institute    - 1.12.1998
3. Government Technological College    - 10.9.2001
4. Technological University        - 20.1.2007

Aim

• (1)    To develop and improve Engineer Intellectual which are essential in building a peaceful modern and developed nation
• (2)    To get the opportunity of studying Engineering/ Technical subjects for the youth in the nation reducing gap between state and division (or) between rural and urban
• (3)    To provide nurture Human Resources which are necessary for the nation
