Technological University (Dawei) is
opened in in Tanintharyi Division for learning advanced engineering
techniques to youths in their respective regions to construct a
peaceful modern developed nation. Technological University
(Dawei)situates in Dawei District, Thaninthayi Division, with the area
of 90.8 arcas. It was formerly opened as Government Technical College
(GTC) on 2nd December, 1999 and has been promoted to University level on
20th January 2007 to build modern and developed nation, IT technicians
and engineers in every state and reginal area are emergency need for the
country.
